Affiliate disclosure

Right now, links on RoomTested are plain product links — we earn nothing when you click them. They route through our own redirect (/go/…) purely so we can keep them current and count which recommendations are useful.

That will change. We intend to join affiliate programmes (including the AliExpress affiliate programme). From the day any link becomes an affiliate link: a clear disclosure banner appears on every page carrying such links, this page will say so plainly, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

What never changes: commission does not influence what we test, what we recommend, or what we list under "what bugged us". Verdicts are written before link monetisation is even looked at. We never advertise one-time or new-customer promotional prices as the product's price.

Prices on this site are hand-checked estimates with a visible "price checked" date. The store's checkout price is always the one that counts.

This disclosure follows UK ASA (CAP Code) and FTC guidance on affiliate marketing.
